We engage local communities, especially the youth, through authentic digital content while giving brands direct access to their ideal audience.

Though rooted in the PNW, our reach is global, making the Dubsea name a rising symbol of Seattle pop culture.

MY ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

THE ASK

Amplify local stories across Seattle and Washington State, centering community, culture, and current events. Make the local news feel relevant digestible, and community-centered.

Leverage engaged local following to attract paid promotion deals.

The Pacific Northwest has talent but its cultural scene is not well known or well covered. We have to find a way to make people care by taking a culturally relevant approach to target millennials and Gen-Z across fashion, food, music, sports, and culture.

THE CHALLENGE

There is a plethora of undocumented talent in the region waiting to be highlighted.

By introducing new ideas, producing new content, and distributing to new platforms, we can source top talent to elevate the brand and business of the Dubsea Network through diverse collaboration.

Understanding Washington's rich demographic tapestry is fundamental to Dubsea's mission. These diverse communities aren't just statistics, they are our audience, our storytellers, and the cultural bedrock of the Pacific Northwest.

Our content strategy must reflect the lived experiences of people from Tukwila to Spokane, from Yakima to Bellingham.

By representing Washington's true diversity, we not only build trust with our audience but fulfill our promise to authentically document the Pacific Northwest experience.
